We work through the TrainingPeaks (TP) app.

Your workouts will be planned weekly, aligned with your available time and the current phase of the season.

The relationship between the athlete and the coach is crucial; having the confidence to discuss any relevant aspects during the week is fundamental. Therefore, I prefer to maintain as close a relationship as possible.

It's important for you, as an athlete, to engage in the process so that the planning is as precise and individualised as possible.
  • How do we work?


    Planning and monitoring of workouts through the TrainingPeaks app.


    Data analysis using TP and WKO5.


    Unlimited feedback within reasonable hours.


    Personalised workouts based on your level and seasonal goals, always prioritising health and quality of life.


    Daily feedback either through the app or via the most convenient method for us. I like to stay close to the athlete, understand how they approach the workouts, and always be ready to adjust a session if necessary.


    Individualised planning aligned with the athlete's objectives.


    Emphasis on injury prevention.


    If you live in Murcia, the training will be as in-person as possible.


    I aim to be approachable so that the athlete feels my support.

  • How do we communicate?

    Feedback on the week's workouts will be provided via email or through the TP app.


    The coach-athlete communication is extremely important to me, and you should feel free to discuss any doubts, suggestions, etc.

Tendrás los entrenamientos planificados semana a semana, acorde al tiempo disponible y el momento de la temporada que nos encontremos. 

El clima que se crea entre el deportista y el entrenador es fundamental, tener la confianza para comentar cualquier aspecto relevante durante la semana me parece fundamental. 

Es importante que como deportista te impliques en el proceso para que la planificación vaya lo más ajustada e individualizada posible.
